Tbaytel has been made aware of a fraudulent email being sent out to our customers claiming that their account is at risk of being cancelled or suspended as a result of a failed payment attempt.
This email is NOT from Tbaytel.
If a Tbaytel account is past due, the customer will receive an automated phone call directing the customer to call Tbaytel’s Contact Centre to discuss the account further. Tbaytel does not send emails regarding past due accounts.
Ensure you protect yourself by not releasing any personal information through email links or anyone who is not a trusted source.
