Throughout December, artist Robin Faye spent time at Shelter House, engaging with residents through the creation of a paper mâché sculpture. Using non-toxic materials, participants were invited to create their own small shape of choice, or to help create a large heart. The project evolved to include photography, wire and beads and will be displayed at Shelter House for all to enjoy!
With support from Thunder Bay Community Foundation, Shelter House Thunder Bay partnered with CAHEP to engage residents in a community arts project called “Through Our Eyes.” A series of three projects were created with three different artists throughout this past year.
