It’s free admission today July 19th until 8pm at the Thunder Bay Art Gallery
It’s free admission today until 8pm. Many will recall the Amanda Burk exhibition staged January through March of this year. It was very popular. You can see another of Amanda’s works in this post that appears in our summer exhibition The Perspective From Here: 150 Artists From the North. It’s titled Sitting Just Below the Surface. Of course it is even more stunning in person. So take advantage of this free day to explore this extraordinary exhibition organized by our Curator Nadia Kurd.
Special acknowledgement goes our exhibition sponsor, Tbaytel, Season Sponsor the Chronicle Journal, and exhibition supporters the Thunder Bay Community Foundation and Community Foundations of Canada.
While you are here you can also pick up your Garden Tour ticket(s) and you can make your mark on paper in our What Does Canada Mean to You project focusing on Canada’s 150th birthday. Your submission might even hang with others in our meeting room Gallery in September!
